Non-CUA Members (Resident, Student, PhD):

You will be required to submit a letter from the Program Director or Department Head upon registering for CUA2023. If you are a Canadian resident or fellow, we encourage you to become a CUA member (free of charge for residents-fellows only) and register in the member category.

All networking events are reserved to participants aged 18 years and above.

Please note there is no companions program available this year.

Registration Benefits

Registration fees for full-program delegates includes access to all sessions and exhibit hall from June 23-25, as well as the Welcome Reception, daily breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Friday, Saturday, Sunday; the CUA Networking Event and President’s Reception and Banquet.

Registration fees for scientific-program only delegates include access to all sessions and exhibit hall from June 23-25, as well as the Welcome Reception, daily breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

There is limited seating for networking events. Advanced reservation is required. On-site availability is not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE – Due to the Health Canada Food and Drug Act and the derived Food and Drug Regulations, access to the Exhibit Hall will be strictly reserved to the Health Care Professionals registered as is at the CUA 2023. The Foyer of the Exhibit Hall will be accessible to all categories of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates unable to attend the CUA 2023 Annual Meeting will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the CUA Corporate Office (registration@cua.org) by June 10, 2023. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting.

Taxes

The following taxes will be added to the registration fee: 5% GST and 9.975% PST.

Visa

To request a visa invitation letter, please contact Kena Siu at registration@cua.org. Please note you are required to register and pay for CUA2023 before submitting a request. If visa is denied, the CUA will issue a refund for your registration (less a 25% administrative fee).
