You must make reservations directly with the hotels (using the special link provided on our meeting website or by calling them). If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware that they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management. If in doubt, check with CUA first before booking, at corporate.office@cua.org.
