If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware that they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management. THE FAIRMONT EMPRESS is no longer SOLD OUT and rooms are available on June 28, 29 and 30
Please note, the CUA room block at the Fairmont is now fully booked.* While the CUA always plans for the maximum number of rooms at the headquarter hotel, June is a very busy time for tourism, and because of our lower-than-standard rate, there is a cap on rooms the hotel allows us to hold. However, there are overflow hotel options available that are conveniently located within walking distance from the conference center (see below). Thank you for your understanding.
