• Assess mCRPC patient eligibility and identify appropriate referral candidates.
• Understand the impact of timing for mCRPC patient referral.

• Apply clinical and patient-centered factors to guide treatment decisions in practice.
• Compare treatment options following BCG failure, including radical cystectomy and bladder preservation approaches.
• Describe the management of high-risk NMIBC, including progression to BCG-unresponsive disease.

By the end of this session, participants should be able to:

• Apply real-world evidence to optimize systemic therapy for mCSPC, including timely treatment intensification, appropriate referrals and testing, and routine safety and adherence management.
• Recognize the importance of proactive treatment strategies in reducing therapeutic inertia and supporting coordinated mCSPC care across urology and oncology.
• Describe how clinical guidelines inform management of mCSPC including treatment intensification.

By the end of this session, participants should be able to:

• Re-evaluate advanced diagnostic and risk stratification modalities in NMIBC.
• Discuss patient selection criteria for bladder-sparing therapies in high-risk NMIBC.
• Apply best practices for the administration and follow-up of approved intravesical bladder-sparing treatments in Canada.
