IMPORTANT INFORMATION

       There will be no Saturday night CUA Networking Event. In lieu, the Networking Reception on Friday night (included in the registration fees) will be the place to socialize with friends and colleagues. We will offer light food and drink for you to enjoy.

The registration fees will NOT include the CUA President’s Reception and Banquet. Tickets will be available for purchase separately.

Non-CUA Members (Residents, Students, PhD)

You will be required to submit a letter from the Program Director or Department Head upon registering for CUA 2025. If you are a Canadian resident or fellow, we encourage you to become a CUA member (free of charge for residents and fellows only) and register in the member category. Please submit the letter to registration@cua.org.

All networking events are reserved to participants aged 19 years and above.

Please note, there is no companion program available this year. 

Registration Benefits

Registration fees include access to all sessions and exhibit hall from June 27-29, as well as the Networking Reception on Friday, daily light breakfast, breaks, and lunches on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The registration fees DO NOT include the CUA President’s Reception and Banquet. There is limited seating available. Advanced reservation is required. On-site availability is not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the Health Canada Food and Drug Act and the derived Food and Drug Regulations, access to the exhibit hall will be strictly reserved to the healthcare professionals registered as such for CUA 2025. The foyer of the exhibit hall will be accessible to all categories of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates unable to attend the CUA 2025 Annual Meeting will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the conference registration office (registration@cua.org) by June 10, 2025. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting.

Taxes

The following taxes will be added to the registration fee: 13% HST.

International Delegates

International delegates wishing to attend the PMCC 2024 are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, for obtaining visas and for covering costs such as registration fees and incidentals. The CUA does not provide letters of invitation. To assist with securing travel visas, the CUA will provide receipts, as confirmation of registration, upon payment of fees. International delegates wishing to attend the conference must register online and pay by credit card ONLY.

The Government of Canada has introduced a new entry requirement for those travelling to or through Canada who are not Canadian or American citizens, or permanent residents of Canada. You may require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). For more information, consult http://canada.ca/eta to determine if this requirement applies to you.
